Cancellation Policy
If you have already registered for one of our hydroponic workshops, and are no longer able to attend the training, our cancellation policy is as follows: • Full refund minus a $50 admin fee up to 30 days out of your scheduled training • 50% refund after that up to two weeks out from the scheduled date • No refund within two weeks of the training date • An exception will be made for an unexpected illness or emergency and a refund of 50% or a credit to reschedule a workshop can be issued. If you would like to cancel your workshop, please email admin@sablegreens.com with the subject line “Cancellation.” Si ya te has registrado en uno de nuestros talleres de hidroponía y ya no puedes asistir a la formación, nuestra política de cancelación es la siguiente: • Reembolso completo menos una tarifa administrativa de $50 hasta 30 días después de su capacitación programada • Reembolso del 50% después de eso hasta dos semanas antes de la fecha programada • No hay reembolso dentro de las dos semanas posteriores a la fecha del entrenamiento. • Se hará una excepción por enfermedad o emergencia inesperada y se podrá emitir un reembolso del 50% o un crédito para reprogramar un taller.
